Jobgether is seeking a Patient Journey Lead – RN based in the United States to coordinate and optimize patient support operations. You will oversee patient journey processes, monitor performance, and drive improvements in access and affordability for medications, while ensuring a seamless patient experience in a remote-first setting.

Formación

• Active RN license and ability to navigate patient journeys.
• Strong data analysis, process evaluation, and reporting skills.
• Experience with healthcare access and affordability topics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient journey processes and key checkpoints in high-volume programs.
• Act as patient advocate and navigator for medication access and affordability.
• Analyze situations and determine actions based on program requirements.
• Evaluate processes and propose improvements to speed access to therapies.
• Ensure tasks meet SLAs and KPIs; provide leadership with insights.
• Develop and audit operational processes for consistency and quality.
• Provide performance reporting to leadership and clients.
• Identify recurring issues and coordinate solutions with stakeholders.
• Report pharmacovigilance information as required.
• Complete mandatory training and maintain SOP compliance.
• Contribute to additional projects and initiatives as needed.
