Job summary

AdvancedMD, a cloud-based medical office software suite, seeks Head of Product, Patient Experience to define and drive its patient-facing product portfolio end to end. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on discovery, roadmap shaping, and a small senior TPM/UX team to deliver Patient Experience, Patient Payment, Online Scheduling, and Rooming and Scheduling initiatives.

• Experience shaping patient/consumer-facing product experiences.
• Hands-on discovery and requirements writing.
• Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making with KPI ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and roadmaps for Patient Experience portfolio.
• Lead PM and UX teams across patient experience, payments, scheduling.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to requirements.
• Build outcomes-based roadmaps with KPI ownership.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Marketing to align with strategy.
