Job summary

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director, Patient Engagement Training to lead the design, development and delivery of learning solutions for AbbVie Patient Services. This role oversees a team responsible for franchise-specific training for PSPs, including launches and enhancements, aligning with corporate strategy and regulatory standards.

The AD will partner with internal teams and external partners to drive impact, governance, and measurable outcomes, building capabilities in disease and product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-15 years of pharmaceutical or equivalent training/management experience.
• Proven track record leading large training initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and launch training needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for design, development, and delivery of learning solutions for PSPs and patient-facing teams.
• Lead end-to-end training strategy and launch readiness for new products and program changes.
• Partner with senior leaders and external partners to align learning with business goals and measure outcomes.
• Develop and execute learning strategies to accelerate capability development and franchise objectives.
• Oversee governance, budgeting, timelines, and quality standards for strategic learning initiatives.
