Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Health, Life Sciences, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years leadership in digital health or bio-pharma patient programs.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or related CRM technologies.
• Proven ability to use data analytics to drive actionable insights and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Patient Ecosystem and drive strategic framework.
• Scale activation across affiliates and brands with flawless execution.
• Leverage PSP data capabilities to generate business value across the patient ecosystem.
• Ensure governance, operational excellence and compliance across the ecosystem.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships and cross-functional partnerships.
• Lead senior stakeholder engagements and talent development.
