Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, Patient Services Business Design, to bridge business strategy with operational execution across patient support programs. You will lead a team, collaborate with multiple functions, and drive end-to-end process design and improvements to enable efficient, patient-centered services.

The role requires strong business acumen, communication, and ability to align diverse stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. Office presence Tue–Thu is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of management experience in a patient services environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Experience translating business needs into solution design and integrating cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Influence stakeholders to deliver best solutions for patients.
• Translate strategy into executable plans with business units and IT.
