Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Patient Access & Services to drive hub operations and patient support programs across Sleep, EMD, and Oncology. You will partner with field teams and cross-functional partners to evolve strategies and deliver high-touch access solutions for patients and providers.
The role requires leadership of complex programs, vendor oversight, and strong communication to executives.
Competenze
- Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact projects.
- Experience managing hub vendors, specialty pharmacies, and agencies.
- Ability to influence across matrixed teams and drive change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
- Strong patient-centric approach to improve access and adherence.
Mansioni
- Evolve hub and PSS strategies across Sleep, EMD, and Oncology.
- Lead market insights to design and optimize access programs.
- Develop access plans, messaging, and hub content for commercial meetings.
- Serve as internal access services expert addressing reimbursement needs.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of access tools and program offerings.
- Track KPIs and report operational performance across franchises.
- Present data in executive reviews and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Field Access, Reimbursement, Brand Marketing, and Sales.
