The Director, Market Access Marketing will lead the Sleep Franchise's access strategy, translating clinical and economic evidence into payer access plans while partnering with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Brand Marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive commercial pharma/biopharma roles focused on Market Access Marketing or related functions.
• Ability to independently develop and drive significant components of a commercial access strategy.
• Strong matrix leadership and cross-functional alignment across teams.
• Deep knowledge of US healthcare with PBM dynamics and formulary design.
• Excellent communication and executive presence at senior levels.
• MBA or PharmD/MS/MPH preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Neuroscience/Sleep therapeutic areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of annual and long-range Market Access plans for Sleep Franchise.
• Champion payer value propositions in collaboration with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Brand Marketing.
• Serve as cross-functional strategic liaison, aligning on revenue and coverage goals.
• Drive strategic forecasting, market research, and policy tracking to inform strategy.
• Design governance for pull-through and enable field teams with new tools and resources.
