Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Market Access Marketing for the Sleep Franchise. You will lead the development and execution of market access strategies, ensuring alignment with brand imperatives and cross-functional partners across payer, HEOR, and commercial teams.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial pharma with market access experience and a strong track record in independent leadership, strategic forecasting, and field enablement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive commercial pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with a focus in Market Access Marketing or payer strategy.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD) strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to influence matrix organizations and communicate with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual and long-range Market Access strategic plans for the Sleep Franchise.
• Develop and align the Payer Value Proposition with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Marketing.
• Independently drive cross-functional alignment on net revenue and coverage goals and inform evidence generation.
• Drive strategic forecasting and intelligence gathering through market research and policy tracking.
• Design and govern pull-through strategy and field enablement tools for Payer Account Executives and ARMs.
