Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior National Account Director to shape market access strategies for Emisar, Optum Rx and UnitedHealthcare. You will build deep relationships with key decision-makers to influence coverage and reimbursement for Jazz products, working across commercial and Medicare lines.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal and Access Services to optimize reimbursement support and ensure patient access, while leading strategic account plans and quarterly reviews

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of pharma/biopharmaceutical experience and 4 years of proven success as an Account Manager calling on national commercial and/or government payers.
• At least two years in direct management or team leadership, field or HQ based.
• Demonstrated ability to build networks within targeted accounts.
• Understanding of healthcare payers, formulary/PDL development, coverage and reimbursement issues.
• Proficiency across Jazz core competencies: Business Acumen, Communication, Critical Thinking, Drive for Results, Influence, Interpersonal Skills, Planning, Self-Management.

Aufgaben

• Execute market access strategies for Commercial and Medicare books with Emisar, Optum Rx, and UnitedHealthcare.
• Establish relationships with decision-makers in target accounts and influence coverage decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address access challenges and provide payer value propositions.
• Create and maintain strategic account plans and lead quarterly business reviews with senior management.
• Negotiate discount agreements in line with contracting guidelines and regulations.
• Represent Jazz at industry events to engage PBM and Health Plan stakeholders.
