Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Vice President to lead Public Sector Go‑to‑Market & Operations from remote locations in the United States. You will drive revenue delivery, operating model design, and cross‑functional execution across Federal, SLED, and Higher Education segments.

This hands‑on leadership role requires building a scalable public sector motion, aligning Sales, Product, Compliance, Engineering, and Customer Success to win complex opportunities and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive go‑to‑market experience in expansive roles.
• Proven executive leadership and strong communication skills.
• Exceptional planning, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Ability to perform under tight timelines in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go‑to‑market strategy for the public sector.
• Support revenue performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy with Sales leadership.
• Build and implement the public sector operating model and KPIs.
• Ensure end-to-end lifecycle from sale to renewal and expansion.
• Partner with Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Finance to align on strategy.
