Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in partner strategy, channel leadership, business development, sales, client success, or related leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including broker and PE channels, and how partner models drive growth.
• Experience building or leading cross-functional programs that connect strategy, execution, service delivery, and revenue outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence enterprise decisions in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy, execution, and evolution of partner referral programs for Comprehensive Services.
• Shape programs, experiences, and strategies to increase partner confidence and referrals.
• Collaborate across Sales, Strategy, Enablement, client teams, and other BUs to align priorities and opportunities.
