Automatic Data Processing, Inc. seeks a Director, Partner Growth & Experience Strategy to lead strategy, execution, and evolution of partner referral programs for Comprehensive Services. Focus on broker channels with potential expansion to PE, CPA, and others.

Role requires partnership with Sales, Strategy, Enablement, and client teams to drive growth and improve partner confidence. The role can be fully remote for candidates off an ADP office; otherwise, a hybrid model with three days in office

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in partner strategy, channel leadership, business development, sales, client success, or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of partner referral programs within Comp Services.
• Identify growth levers to strengthen partner value proposition and referrals.
• Translate priorities into plans with measurable outcomes for partner programs.
• Shape future partner strategy across broker and PE channels.
• Strengthen partner experiences to build confidence and engagement.
• Co-create enablement materials and events to drive referral momentum.
• Drive cross-BU alignment to ensure a differentiated partner experience.
