• 8-12 years of experience in partner strategy and channel leadership.
• Experience driving growth through broker and private equity channels.
• Proven ability to influence enterprise decisions in a matrix organization.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional partner programs.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Strategy, Enablement, and client teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ideation, strategy, and execution of partner referral programs for Comprehensive Services.
• Identify growth levers and translate priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape future partner strategy across broker and PE channels.
• Strengthen differentiated partner experiences and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Educate and activate Sales around partner programs; co-create enablement materials and events.
• Align across Sales, Service, Implementation, and Strategy to surface partner needs early.
• Drive enterprise decisions and cross-BU alignment to ensure consistent partner experience.
