Sephora is seeking a senior leader to shape how North America designs work, aligns decision-making, and enables transformation at scale. This role integrates organization design, operating model discipline, change leadership, and AI-enabled ways of working to improve accountability and execution.

The leader partners with Talent and business leadership to translate strategy into scalable organizational solutions, strengthening governance, agility, and performance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in organizational effectiveness or org design.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across HR, Ops, Finance, Tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design efforts to improve structure, governance, and execution.
• Design operating models, org structures, spans and layers; define roles and decision rights.
• Translate strategy into scalable org solutions and implementation plans.
• Develop tools, frameworks, and standards for enterprise org design.
