Job summary
Sephora, located in San Francisco, seeks Head of Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation to shape how North America designs work and enables large-scale change. Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness or related fields.
- Expertise in operating model design, governance frameworks, and workforce planning.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in matrixed organizations.
- Strong collaboration with senior leaders across HR, Operations, Finance, Technology, and business functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead organizational design efforts across teams and functions.
- Develop and embed enterprise change management approaches for transformation.
- Lead AI-enabled transformation and adoption strategies across the enterprise.
- Establish workforce management governance and decision-rights.
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives on organizational effectiveness and transformation priorities.
