Sephora is seeking a Head of Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation in San Francisco (hybrid). The role leads enterprise-wide initiatives shaping structure, decision rights, and change to accelerate performance.

You will partner with HR, operations, finance, and technology to translate strategy into scalable organizational solutions, ensuring adoption and sustained impact across the business.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organization design, change management, HR transformation, workforce management, or business transformation.
• Expertise in operating model design, governance frameworks, decision rights, and workforce planning.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders across HR, Operations, Finance, Technology, and business functions.
• Strong change leadership skills with adoption, stakeholder engagement, and outcomes.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; advanced certifications in change management, organizational design, or transformation are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design efforts to improve structure, governance, and execution across teams.
• Design operating models, roles, and decision rights to boost efficiency.
• Develop scalable tools and standards for enterprise design practices.
• Build enterprise change management approaches for transformation planning and adoption.
• Develop change strategies, training approaches, and adoption measures with leaders.
• Identify AI-enabled transformation impacts and adoption strategies.
• Establish workforce management governance and alignment across functions.
• Serve as advisor to senior executives on effectiveness, operating model evolution, and transformation priorities.
