Gildan seeks a Manager for Organic Search, AEO & GEO Strategy to lead discovery across search engines, AI assistants, and related platforms. You will shape on‑page, content, and prompts, directing AI agents to scale high‑quality, on-brand copy.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure content meets retailer standards and drives organic growth, with hands‑on writing and prompt engineering at the core of delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years in organic search, SEO/content strategy, or e‑commerce content.
• Strong command of SEO and performance measurement, plus AEO/GEO knowledge.
• Hands‑on prompt engineering experience and AI workflow familiarity.
• Hands‑on copywriting and editorial experience.
• Sound editorial judgment and ability to enforce brand and retailer standards.
• Translate complex product features into clear customer benefits.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own organic discovery strategy across search engines, answer engines, and AI‑driven platforms.
• Drive on‑page strategy: keyword architecture, content structure, internal linking, metadata.
• Lead AEO strategy aligning content with questions, intent, and journeys.
• Implement GEO practices for generative AI platforms and AI‑generated recommendations.
• Design, test, and maintain prompt libraries for PDP, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Direct and QA AI agents across the content workflow and ensure brand compliance.
• Collaborate with E‑Commerce, Brand Marketing, Creative, UX, Analytics, and Product teams.
