Job summary

BetterCloud is seeking a seasoned Staff Product Manager to own and scale the dealer-to-dealer marketplace platform where thousands of vehicles are bought and sold daily. You will define the product strategy for your area, lead a team of PMs, and drive the quality and velocity of what the team ships.

You will guide AI-native discovery, establish KPIs, and partner with engineering, finance, and executives on business cases and targets to fuel marketplace growth.

Qualifications

• Seasoned PM with experience leading a team of product managers.
• Proven track record of building and scaling products end to end.
• Experience with AI-native product workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for your marketplace area.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of junior product managers.
• Architect and scale products as volume grows, partnering with engineering.
• Drive GTM planning and cross-functional alignment with Sales/Marketing/Operations.
• Develop business cases and financial targets with executives.
