Job summary

Book of the Month is seeking a Product Manager to own two mission-critical systems: the Order Management System and the Renewal Management System. You will partner with engineers to define technical specs and align roadmaps with business needs, focusing on optimizing order flow and customer renewals.

You will also design reports to monitor performance at a granular level and coordinate with finance to drive improvements in the renewal process and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management for transactional systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Strong technical skills and ability to work with engineers.
• Excellent at communicating technical information to diverse audiences.
• Customer obsession and attention to detail in renewal workflows.
• Experience shaping roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Order Management System (OMS) and optimize shipping SLAs and roadmap.
• Own the Renewal Management System and reduce involuntary churn through systemic improvements.
• Collaborate with finance and engineering to prioritize projects and monitoring systems.
• Design detailed reports to monitor systems at a granular, per-member and per-order level.
