Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Head of Business Line Operations to own the operational engine for a major business line, aligning product development, engineering, and production with growth goals.

You will lead governance, staffing, facilities, and strategic initiatives, partnering with division leadership to scale the organization, implement hiring standards, and guide M&A efforts as needed.

Competenze

• Experience scaling hardware production at high-growth companies.
• Built flexible operational infrastructure and know when to rebuild.
• Deep financial acumen including unit economics, manufacturing finance, and P&L management.
• Operational rigor with discipline, metrics-driven management.
• Proven ability to evolve organizations and coach senior leaders.
• Ability to switch between strategic and hands-on work.

• Own all aspects of business line operations and infrastructure to support growth.
• Serve as GM’s chief strategist to balance resources and execution risk against growth plans.
