Job summary

Agility Robotics is expanding its Operations programs to support the Digits deployment. The Technical Program Manager, Operations, will bridge the programmatic gap across Supply Chain, Manufacturing engineering, Production and Quality to enable scalable robot deployment.

Reporting to the Staff Technical Program Manager, Operations, you will bring structure, judgment and leadership to run cross-functional programs with minimal oversight and develop teams around you.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of program, project, or operations coordination experience in manufacturing, hardware, supply chain, or a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to run effective meetings and drive actions to closure across teams you do not manage.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence and strong Excel/Smartsheet skills.
• Clear, concise written communication for status reports and executive summaries.
• Organized, self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving ramp environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations execution: weekly deliverable check-ins with Supply Chain, Tech Ops, and Manufacturing; track commitments and risks.
• Serve as workstream PM within larger programs (production ramp readiness, capacity expansion, supplier transitions).
• Administer and improve PM toolchain: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet/Excel for portfolio views.
• Prepare monthly Operations Program Review pack with metrics and escalation summaries.
• Surface risks early and drive follow-through on decisions from reviews.
• Uphold single intake, written status, and one source of truth for cross-functional teams.
