Brain Co. seeks a BizOps professional in San Francisco to join the Finance & Strategy team, partnering with the CFO, CEO and leadership. The role blends strategy and execution: shape decisions and own the work of carrying them out across teams.

This high-visibility, early- to mid-career operator role offers broad exposure to how a fast-growing AI company is built and run, with a path to larger operating responsibility.

Qualificações

• 3 to 7 years of experience including time at a top-tier strategy consulting firm and in an operating role at a venture-backed startup.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for analyses and models.
• Strong written communication with clear recommendations and reasoning.
• Experience driving cross-functional work to completion without formal authority.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Run the company's operating cadence with weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning.
• Prepare board and investor materials, including decks and KPI reporting.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects (new markets, partnerships, org planning).
• Build and maintain analyses of performance across verticals and regions and turn them into recommendations.
• Design and run internal processes as the company scales (deal reviews, pricing approvals, staffing, international operations).
• Own unassigned problems and drive them to completion.
