You will own three core areas: customer lifecycle to revenue, operating cadence, and cross-functional operational standards, plus lead BizOps and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Built operational infrastructure at a high-growth startup or scaleup (250+ staff).
• Manages multi-function handoffs and end-to-end processes.
• Strong planning, metrics, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience using AI as an operational lever.
• Willing to relocate to New York or San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Own customer and partner lifecycle from signed deal to live revenue.
• Design a repeatable launch process with clear owners and timelines.
• Coordinate handoffs across go-to-market, partner management, implementation, product, and support.
• Build and run the company operating cadence and KPI reporting.
• Establish and enforce operational standards across functions.
• Lead BizOps, expansion operations, and AI initiatives.
