Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Director of Operations and Communications to centralize company-wide messaging, manage the communications strategy, and drive operational excellence. You will oversee the Power Communications platform, coordinate leadership updates, and guide cross-functional teams through change initiatives.

This role partners with the Nova AI ecosystem and collaborates with HR, marketing, and product teams to ensure timely, accurate information delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in an operations role with a proven track record of driving process improvements in a complex organization.
• Background or experience in company communications with hands-on ownership of the communication strategy.
• Growth mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of change management best practices.
• Strong relationship skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Strong speaking skills and articulation.

Responsibilities

• Create & maintain an internal Power Communications platform to disseminate communications and resources to stakeholders.
• Own internal company communications, including the communication waterfall and strategy.
• Coordinate and lead bi-annual leadership onsite/offsite meetings, from planning to post-meeting follow-up.
• Own consolidation and maintenance of company processes; identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance business processes and leverage Power Digital's nova ecosystem.
• Own task management and accountability company-wide; track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
