Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Director of Operations and Communications to sit at the nexus of leadership, department heads, and frontline teams. You will translate high-level decisions into actionable steps, own the communications strategy, and oversee the platform where updates are visible to all stakeholders.

You will also map bottlenecks, drive improvements, and lead change management initiatives with a focus on accountability.

Qualifications

• Must have 4–5 years in an operations role with a track record of improving processes in a complex organization.
• Experience owning the communication strategy for an organization is required.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an internal Power Communications platform for stakeholder resources.
• Own internal communications, governance of the communication waterfall, and quarterly milestones.
• Lead project management for company initiatives with clear deadlines and accountability.
• Coordinate leadership onsite/offsite meetings and maintain streamlined processes.
• Leverage AI technologies to optimize business processes and integrate with nova ecosystem.
