Job summary

Qualifications

• Robust knowledge of private foundation grantmaking regulations and compliance.
• Deep understanding of the grants lifecycle and related governance processes.
• Advanced knowledge of grants management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum of eight years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with nonprofit, philanthropic and foundation sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grants management systems and processes, including design and documentation.
• Guide grant due diligence and compliance with laws, regulations and Foundation protocols.
• Manage grant processing, including LOIs, applications, agreements, payments and reports.
• Oversee Foundation technology, information systems, devices and security practices.
• Support budgeting, governance, and board materials and processes.
• Coordinate communications, branding, and website maintenance.
• Execute special projects for the CEO and Board as needed.
