Resources Legacy Fund seeks a Director of Grants Management to provide strategic direction and oversight of the grants function. The role leads a ~20-person team, ensures compliance, and optimizes systems across multiple entities and donor funds. The position is remote, with quarterly US travel, reporting to the CFAO.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in grants policy, data governance, and system optimization, with a proven track record in risk mitigation and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5–10 years as a Grants Management Director or similar.
• 3–5 years direct supervisory experience with leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee grantmaking systems and processes per best practices and organizational values.
• Serve as policy resource across programs and fiscally sponsored projects; staff support.
• Identify training needs and oversee organization-wide training on grants management.
• Lead nearly 20 staff; foster a collaborative, transparent culture.
• Collaborate with counsel to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Finance for fiscal and audit compliance.
• Own and administer Salesforce for outgoing funds and donor processing.
