Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of related work experience.
• Experience with private foundation grantmaking and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grants management systems and processes.
• Oversee technology environment and information security practices.
• Support financial management, governance, communications and planning.
• Prepare calendars, agendas and materials for board meetings.
