Archetype AI Inc. in Silicon Valley is seeking a Head of Operations to lead finance, people, legal, compliance, and administration.

You will report to the COO and sit on the executive team, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution to build scalable operational infra. You will manage outsourced partners, drive forecasting, board materials, cash flow, and HR processes while aligning with founders on product and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience running finance operations and forecasting.
• Experience in HR or people operations is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial model, forecasting, and monthly close with outsourced accounting.
• Prepare monthly executive updates and quarterly board materials on revenue, bookings, burn rate, runway.
• Manage cash flow, spend controls, vendor approvals, wire authorization, and departmental budgets.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, background checks, and immigration processes.
• Lead All-Hands meetings and drive employee engagement across a distributed team.
