Cooley AI in Los Angeles is seeking a Head of Business Operations to build and scale the operational foundation of an AI-focused practice. This hands-on leader will establish systems, governance, and cadence to grow from zero to one and scale rapidly.

You will translate strategy into operating plans and align cross-functional teams across the organization. You will design workflows, implement an AI-enabled workplace ecosystem with Slack and Jira, and enforce policies with security, HR and legal

Competenze

• 8+ years progressive experience in business operations or related role.
• Experience building operations from ground up in tech or professional services.
• Experience designing scalable, automated workflows and cross-functional processes.
