• Extensive senior operations leadership experience in a fast growing business.
• Proven ability to manage large teams through department heads and senior managers.
• Strong experience partnering with a CEO or executive leadership team.
• Solid financial and business acumen including budgets, margins, and forecasting.
• Demonstrated KPI development and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic priorities with the CEO and translate goals into actionable plans.
• Oversee marketing, sales, product development, creative, production, procurement, inventory and fulfillment.
• Lead and develop large teams through managers and ensure accountability.
• Maintain understanding of financials and guide resource allocation and profitability planning.
• Define KPIs across departments and drive performance improvements.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI and streamlined workflows to boost productivity.
