This on-site leadership role oversees strategy, pipelines, processes, and partnering with senior leaders to attract top talent across corporate, property management, maintenance, and leadership roles.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, uses data to drive decisions, and can build scalable processes while managing vendors

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership or recruiting management experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for multiple departments and high-volume hiring.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Proven ability to develop recruiting strategies that produce measurable hiring results.
• Experience tracking recruiting metrics and improving hiring performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with recruiting budgets and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, property management, maintenance, and leadership positions.
• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans aligned with company growth.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, networking, industry associations, trade schools, and other recruiting channels.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Improve the overall candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Strengthen the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
