You’ll ensure new hires are ready on day one, maintain audit-ready records, issue and track badges, and forecast staffing ahead of growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in people operations or related fields.
• Experience managing multi-site operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and workforce management systems.
• Proven ability to use metrics, forecasting, and process improvement to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding from offer acceptance through successful integration.
• Manage employee records, badging, and compliance processes to ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee badge issuance, tracking, audits, and recovery across multiple locations.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures for onboarding and workforce administration.
• Partner with business leaders to gather hiring plans and forecast staffing needs.
• Track operational metrics and continuously improve processes and service levels.
• Serve as the primary resource for onboarding, badging, and workforce administration support.
