Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. in Seatac, WA, seeks a Baggage Handling Supervisor to oversee daily baggage operations, lead staff, and ensure safe, timely processing of luggage in coordination with airline and airport teams.

You will monitor baggage protocols, train colleagues, resolve issues, and support seamless transfer while upholding safety, service and compliance standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and communicate effectively in English.
• At least 1 year baggage handling experience.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the baggage handling team.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of passenger baggage.
• Monitor adherence to baggage handling protocols and safety standards.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff on baggage handling procedures.
• Resolve operational issues and passenger concerns regarding baggage.
• Coordinate with airlines and airport authorities for seamless baggage transfer.
