Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, workforce coordination, people operations, or similar.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations.
• Strong organizational, planning, and process management skills.
• Experience with HRIS, workforce management, scheduling, or operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce planning and staffing forecasts with business leaders.
• Manage onboarding to ensure employees are ready and productive from day one.
• Oversee employee records, badging, access credentials, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain operational procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent execution.
• Support employee administrative requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Track operational metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
