Job summary

SimpliSafe in Boston is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to own offline performance across TV, Audio, Direct Mail, and influencers. You will partner with Digital, Analytics, Brand, Creative, Content, Ecom, PR and Product to drive cohesive acquisition and cost-efficient growth.

You will manage a sizable media budget, mentor a team of channel managers and analysts, and build a testing roadmap with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on multi-channel digital performance marketing experience.
• 5+ years leading performance channel specialists.
• Proven ability to own internal/external agency partnerships and drive growth.
• Hands-on fluency in TV, Audio, Influencers, Direct Mail, ROF.
• Experience in a D2C/subscription or similar purchase environment.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and channel execution across offline performance.
• Lead in-house and agency teams to drive scalable growth.
• Drive creative and conversion optimization in collaboration with Brand, Creative, Ecom, and Product teams.
• Maintain visibility into channel performance, attribution, and reporting for leadership.
• Develop and mentor an in-house team of channel managers, growth marketers, and analysts.
