Job summary

SimpliSafe in Boston, MA, is seeking a senior growth and performance marketing leader to own the full digital portfolio across paid search, social, display, video, affiliate, and emerging channels. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive scalable growth and optimize cost per subscriber in a hybrid work model.

You will manage a sizable media budget and lead both in-house professionals and external agencies to hit aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of hands on multi-channel digital performance marketing experience.
• Five or more years leading performance channel specialists.
• Experience across paid search, paid social, display, video, affiliate.
• Background in D2C subscription or e-commerce.
• Strong at owning internal targets and channel targets.
• Strong KPI acumen (CPA, CAC, LTV:CAC, Payback, Churn).
• Highly analytical with data, attribution modeling and web analytics.
• Experience managing or structuring agency relationships.

Responsibilities

• Growth strategy and channel execution across paid channels.
• Lead in-house and agency partnerships for scalable growth.
• Drive creative and conversion optimization with product and marketing teams.
• Provide data, attribution, and performance reporting to leadership.
• Develop and mentor an in-house channel team.
