Job summary

Spring Health in New York is seeking a Director of Network Strategy & Analytics to drive growth and efficiency for a 40,000+ provider network. This hybrid, full-time role reports to the SVP, Provider Operations and requires 3 days in person at the NY HQ.

Lead analytics efforts, build forecasting, and partner across teams to improve growth, access, and provider experience. Strong SQL/Looker skills and 8+ years in strategy or analytics are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, analytics, operations, or marketplace roles.
• Strong supply-demand, capacity planning, forecasting experience.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategy and decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring analytical teams.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Looker.

Responsibilities

• Define where and how the network should grow and optimize capacity.
• Own frameworks and metrics for network health: supply-demand, capacity, utilization, retention, provider satisfaction.
• Translate insights into priorities and actions to improve growth and efficiency.
• Partner with Provider Ops, Product, Data, Clinical, and Commercial teams.
• Set the analytical agenda and build forecasting and insights.
• Use AI and automation to accelerate analysis and reduce manual reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Science, BI, and Product on scalable analytics.
• Lead and develop three Senior Business Analysts.
• Create scalable work patterns to support a growing network.
