Responsibilities

  • Supervises code enforcement, neighborhood revitalization, environmental services, customer service, licensing, and community outreach programs.
  • Plans, organizes, and directs Neighborhood Services programs; manages records and prepares reports and budget expenditures.
  • Trains and supervises staff; reviews performance and recommends personnel actions.
  • Oversees IT systems and licensing operations; collaborates with ITD on software/hardware needs.
  • Represents the department at meetings and may appear before commissions or legal proceedings.
