Job summary

Covetrus is seeking a Director of North America Facilities to oversee all US locations including offices, distribution centers, call centers and off-site storage. Responsibilities include facilities operations, vendor management, and budget adherence across the NA portfolio.

The role involves coordinating with site leaders, IT, and HR for project delivery, with a focus on on-time and within-budget completion. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years with master’s or 15+ with bachelor’s is common.
• 10+ years Facilities & Real Estate Management experience.
• Experience managing tenants with property managers and landlords.
• Proven project management experience across complex initiatives.
• Budget management experience and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA facilities portfolio across US locations including offices, distribution centers, and call centers.
• Coordinate maintenance programs for each site and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee tenant relationships and real estate broker engagements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress; manage scope and costs.
• Prepare status reports for upper management and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and client communications.
