Job summary

Citi is seeking a Retail Facilities Management Lead to oversee North America facilities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across our retail portfolio. You will guide strategic planning, budgeting, and project execution while leading a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities include managing maintenance, capital projects, vendor relations, and sustainability initiatives to improve environmental performance and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant facility management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and facility management.
• Broad knowledge of real estate disciplines (architecture, construction, space planning, engineering).
• Finance principles to manage the P&L of assets.
• Knowledge of real estate law and related contracts.
• Assessment, planning and work organization skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in FM, engineering, MBA, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of facilities across North America, ensuring high satisfaction with building operations.
• Oversee budgets, including operating and capital expenditures, and monitor cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and risk management processes.
• Lead and develop the facilities management team and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency across the portfolio.
• Plan and manage capital projects, renovations, and new construction from concept to completion.
