Job summary

PCN Media is seeking a Head of Business Operations for North America to scale servicing and operations across payment partners. You will define regional operational strategy, ensure servicing models meet partner expectations, and drive growth for the North American market.

You will own regional KPIs, SLAs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable processes, build capabilities, and optimize partner success through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a broad role at an innovative company in payments/fintech.
• Senior operational leadership across people, processes and products.
• Proven ability to execute in customer service and servicing environments.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Fluency with data, spreadsheets and analytics dashboards; SQL/Python preferred.

• Own servicing and operational KPIs across North America region.
• Lead partner success and ensure KPIs & SLAs are stable and on target.
• Influence and indirectly lead regional operations teams to perform well.
