Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payments or fintech operations.
• Deep understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and digital wallets.
• Experience in API-first environments.
• Experience in regulated environments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to scale operational teams in high-growth fintechs.

• Lead regional operations across North America, ensuring service delivery and efficiency.
