PrizePicks is seeking a strategic Director, MVP to lead and optimize our MVP program for top players. You will guide a high-performing team, shape engagement strategies, and coordinate with product, marketing, compliance, and analytics to deliver a differentiated MVP experience.

This role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. We value extensive experience in customer success, loyalty, and CRM, with a passion for sports and gaming.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in high-value player management, customer success, loyalty, CRM, retention, or customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Set MVP strategy and roadmaps across the player lifecycle.
• Lead MVP Managers and Player Representatives with clear expectations.
• Design high-touch engagement strategies to reduce churn and strengthen loyalty.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, compliance, and analytics for best-in-class experiences.
• Define performance metrics and scaled playbooks for consistent MVP delivery.
• Partner with RevOps, CRM, Product, Analytics, and Customer Support for cross-functional execution.
