Responsibilities

• Oversee site- and area-level client relationships with proactive management.
• Coach and develop teams to meet service levels and performance metrics.
• Lead profitable sales growth through client acquisition and penetration.
• Direct recruitment work, order management, and candidate lifecycle.
• Monitor safety, payroll, and billing processes; ensure data-driven decisions.
• Review financials, budgets, and performance data to drive action plans.
