Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing across the business unit. You will set direction, drive safety and quality, and deliver productivity improvements through Lean and the Graham Operating System (GOS).

The role requires a bold, hands-on leader with deep experience in multi-site operations, a strong business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management, or related discipline.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience, including multi-site responsibility.
Strong track record improving safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
Willingness to travel up to 70% across sites.

Responsibilities

Set direction and build strong teams; establish consistent operating standards.
Drive safety culture and quality as non-negotiables across facilities.
Lead productivity, asset utilization, and cost improvements with Lean and GOS.
Develop and execute BU manufacturing strategy aligning priorities with growth.
Coach and develop plant leaders; ensure accountability and succession planning.
Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Finance to deliver BU priorities.
