Job summary

OU Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a Director of Clinic Operations to lead multi-site outpatient operations, ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, patient experience, employee engagement, and financial stewardship across the clinic network.

This leader collaborates with physician and clinic leadership, and enterprise support services to translate organizational strategy into effective daily operations, drive performance improvement, and sustain high reliability while advancing OU

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business required.
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and federal/state compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for an assigned portfolio of clinics across locations.
• Ensure clinics operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions for high reliability.
• Oversee clinic performance across quality, patient experience, access, productivity, and financial metrics.
• Direct clinic managers and leadership, including performance management and succession planning.
