Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Management required.
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting or multi-site clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for an assigned portfolio of clinics spanning multiple locations and specialties.
• Drive performance metrics across quality, patient experience, access, productivity, and financial performance.
• Directly oversee clinic managers and administrative leaders; lead hiring, coaching, development, and succession planning.
