Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Director of Mobile Technical Services to lead field operations across North America, overseeing a $350M platform and 1,500+ technicians. You will own service delivery, profitability, safety culture, and leadership development, reporting to the Global Head of MTS, with strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

Responsibilities include regional operations leadership, coaching senior directors, allocating workload, and driving improvements in productivity,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success owning and managing a P&L—budget accountability and profitability improvement.
• Proven track record building and developing operations teams.
• Hands-on understanding of technical services operations (mechanical/electrical/plumbing/HVAC) to credibly lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L—revenue targets, cost management, margins, cash flow across North America.
• Lead regional leaders and set performance standards; coach and develop leadership bench.
• Manage workload allocation, resource deployment, and skill mix to balance demand and profitability.
• Conduct regular operations reviews; monitor KPIs like response time, first-call resolution, utilization, safety.
• Decide on staffing models, subcontract vs in-house delivery, and capability investments.
• Build relationships across JLL to align strategy and solve challenges.
• Drive safety culture; ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Support business development with pricing strategy and scalability assessments.
• Create a culture of collaboration, accountability, and client-focused service.
