Snap Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Creators Client team within the Content organization. You will lead a fast-moving mobile team, shaping the posting flow, profile, and creator insights.

You will partner with product, data science, and operations to drive metrics, quality, and scale across iOS and Android. The role emphasizes mentoring, strategic roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration while upholding privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of software development, with leadership experience.
• Experience shipping consumer mobile features and metrics impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor iOS/Android engineers in a fast-paced team.
• Set strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals for delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Ops teams.
• Evaluate tradeoffs and mentor for architecture, security, and quality.
• Hire, grow, and retain top talent; lead large initiatives.
